I run end-to-end user experience journeys and projects by communicating plans and requirements to designated stakeholders in Indian Startups and mid-size companies. Selling an experience is difficult compared to selling an idea. I love challenges and work towards transforming ideas into experience while keeping the business vision, goals and the user/customer in mind.

I mainly work on projects with a complex problem statements. I have been been working as an IT project manager for a long time where I was practising UX design on and off the job. I involve myself working on design strategy more than visual designs as I believe there is a lot that we can uncover before getting into creating a pixel perfect design.

I thoroughly enjoy reading on behavioural science, a good psychological thriller or anything which in some shape or form dissects human psyche. I also enjoy music and I think without its existence world will be colourless.
